The Dirt on Orchids
George Weich of Brookgreen Gardens will be at the Home Show on Friday and Saturday sharing his vast knowledge of orchids as he presents a workshop entitled “ The Dirt on Orchids”. Those attending this workshop will be introduced to the different varieties of orchids, their characteristics and quirks.
George has been a horticulturist for 37 years, has owned a successful nursery business in Florida and prior to coming to Brookgreen Gardens in 2003 was he Director of Horticulture at Marie Selby Gardens in Sarasota, Florida.
